Steak in Coconut Milk

(This is from an Indonesian recipe called Opar Daging.)

1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, 1/2 inch thick
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2  cup coconut milk

Cut meat in 1 inch by 2 inch strips. Toss with cumin, chili pepper and coriander. Heat the oil in a skillet. Brown the steak, garlic and onions in it. Add the salt and coconut milk. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Serves 4-6.
